(Querist) 06 June 2013 This query is : Resolved
Dear Experts,

I am Chartered Accountant and doing practice in Delhi from last 2 Years in Taxation part.
Now I would like to pursue LLB because I want to make my career in Service Tax Litigation and Consultancy. From Where I sud start LLB and whether It sud be full time or part time or sud I join some Law Firm for that.
I have passed B.Com (H) from Delhi University in 2010.
Your suggestion in the matter will be highly appreciated.

Thanks & Regards

You can do LL.B. from Delhi University provided you have secured 50% average in your B.Com.

You have to take an entrance examination (entrance exam is scheduled for Sunday 9th june 2013 for academic year starting 2013-14 and you have just missed the bus for 2013-14).

You can attend evening Class being run at Atma Ram Sanatam Dharm (ARSD) College, Daula Kuan being conducted from 6.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.

There are no distance education for LL.B.

If you are in a tearing hurry, then you can think in terms of getting admitted to any of the collages in Ghaziabad and affiliated to Choudhry Charan Singh University. Time is still available. They conduct the examination once in a year (while Delhi university conducts semester exams).

Dear Anirudh,

I am Busy in my Office from 10 to 06 so request you to share an Idea so that I can complete my LLB by taking Saturday and Sunday Classes.
Can I contact you on mail or Phone ?

Anirudh (Expert) 06 June 2013
There is no facility for Saturday/Sunday classes alone.
In fact in DU you have to obtain 66% attendance.
As you will be busy only up to 6 p.m., you can very well attend the evening college in Delhi which starts from 6 or 6.15 p.m. It should not be a difficulty. You have to manage your time.

Or else, you should from this year itself look for some college at Ghaziabad (where the attendance requirement can be MANAGED and people do MANAGE )
