THERE IS SUPREME COURT AND PM AND PRESIDENT'S EMAIL ID ALSO.
BUT THERE IS NO EMAIL ID OF GOVERNMENT.

As a web developer, you must be aware of the fact that every ministry/ department have their own contact pages, where you can send your suggestions also. You may contact the MPs also throgh their official email ID, but not through their private email ID for your suggestions. However, if you address them very often they can treat your mails as spam mails also, which you know is an offence.

Yours is not anonymous, nor defamatory, so I don't think any problem. It should not be too lengthy, or in any way harass them.
I Understand you propose to levy 25% tax on all employee, salaries etc, only to help Poor in India.
The fact is . Income Tax, excise , stamp duty, etc are many many taxes Govt collect. the further Burden to employees may be unbearable , over and above, in corrupted administration, even 2% ill not go to needy poor persons. It is ice cube, deivered thru 1000 persons, End user will get few drops of water, The Donar will loose entire 25%, increasing Cost of Production, as their Living standard affected.

IN CASE U SUCCEED IN INFORMING GOVT,ask Govt to have transparency in Adm of Justice, CCTV on Panchnama, Evidences of criminal Witnesses, Le Public know, what happens in Criminal cases, why no punishment, who told lie in court depriving justice, Let Court Procedure be public, Let Police Investigation be Public, and ensure Criminals are punished at all cost, No further action necessary to improve India, there will not be anybody POOR, to help out.
Honesty with Police, advocates & Judge is sufficient to improve INDIA.

1)i wrote that law should NOT be gender specific. LAW should ALWAYS be gender nutral.
there is no "MAN". THERE IS NO "WOMAN". ALL ARE HUMAN BEING.
WE ARE HUMAN BEING THAT IS OUR ONLY IDENTITY. SO LAW SHOULD BE ALWAYS GENDER NUTRAL.
2) CORRUPTED PEOPLE SHOULD BE PUNISHED.
3)"HELPING POOR PEOPLE"
SHOULD BE A FUNDAMENTAL DUTY IN INDIAN CONSTITUTION.

have priorities/ concessions grantedby Govt.
Poor non creamy Layers have lots f benefits
Your suggestions are not new.
Govt Policies are clear and beneficial. It's implementation is corrupted and rusted.
Indian Laws and constitutions are the one of the best in the World, It's Administration is one of the worst. so not effective.
