Conviction suspension

(Querist) 09 May 2013 This query is : Resolved
D/fellows,
I am to apply for conviction suspension in the Distt Sessions Judge.Previuosly One of my friends applied for the same and it was dismissed on the ground that "This court ie Sessions Judge has no power to suspend the conviction." Is there some Law/Rule that above matter is out of purview of the Sessions Judge?

If your application provides some sound presentation and relevant citations, you can hope positive results even from the Sessions Judge. Else, you may consider filing an appeal/revision, as suggested by the experts,
