Accused is reported to be hospitalized with medical papers by police authorities, in
absence of his physical presence, what order should be made regarding custody of
accused?riven

Iif the accused is hospitalized in serious disease and he is unable to attend the court for long time then the court can pass any order as per requirement of the case file as per its stage by citing the reasons leading to pass order in the absence of the accused otherwise orders are passed in the physical presence of the accused.riven

If the accused is suffering from serious disease and he is not in a condition to attend the court then the court can pass any order as per requirement of the case.
