Marriage registration

if someone married in 2007 and registered in 2007 as per the bombay marriage registration act.and they r married in baroda. then regisrtaion is valid as per bombay reigstration act ??

The marriage is to be got registered at Baroda so it can be got registered there only. The Bombay Marriage Registration Act, if is extended to Gujarat only then this is valid registration.
