respected lawyers
my query is i surrender my client who is already on interim bail and bring extension for his bail from session while the time of release the concerned magistrate ask for fresh bailee....i oppose it as it was only a extension to previous interim bail u/s 498a but he refuse so it it necessary to file new bail bonds on each and every extension of interim bail.

The direction of the trial magistrate is wrong. If the bail has been extended only then there is no need to submit fresh bail bonds as no fresh order for bail has been pronounced rather the same has been extended. You given an undertaking that as and when the final bail orders are pronounced, you shall submit the fresh bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial magistrate and meanwhile you are bound by already filed bonds.

Bail bond needs to be furnished only once, There is absolutely no requirement or provision to furnish bind on several occasions.
