Dear Friends

Would you please sugest what is the registration expenses for registration of rend deed on rent paid Rs 72,000 pm with advance paid Rs 5,00,000, lease period 5 years, jurisdiction at hyderabad AP Indiariven

Stamp duty for lease period between 1 year to 5 years
Stamp Duty=M X Average Annual Rent X Stamp Duty %

Viz. SD=1 * (72,000) * 3% = 2160

This is assuming that the rent for 5 yrs is Rs.72,000 ( No hike since same is not reflected)Plus on the amount of deposit also the Stamp duty is payable @ 5%
