Buying property in rajastahan?

Respected Sir/Madam,
I belong to Punjab. Currently working at private job as computer opertaor.I am planning to buy agriculture land in rajsthan and want to do farming in future.i want to know what is the legal processor to buy land there?
As i am from outer state and law does not permit it so Kindly Guide me with your supervision..
I am thinking to move there and live there (on rent)in city and do some private job for while only the purpose of become resident of rajasthan state. and would apply for the Voter card to thier administration.
So would it help me to become rajasthan resident ?
You are requested to PLEASE guide me for this.

contact local lawyer at rajasthan.

cross check whether you need to be farmer to buy agricultural land in rajasthan . take 30 years serach whether title is clear and marketable . have agreement drafted by a lawyer . before spending uour hard earned money contact a local lawyer
