Respected Experts,

I am a fresh LLB passout.
I need you expert advice.

What are the Important points to be kept in mind and reviewed and vetted from the Legal point of view in the lease deed which runs into odd 60 pages, which makes it a bit difficult to review minutely.

Should it be Payment of taxes, Arbitration, Payment of Rent & Other Charges and like wise.

Every part of the deed is important. Every document can be read in its entirety. So even though the document is having 60 pages, you in this young age require to go through it minutely and should derive what ever the party wants from you.
