I will be rejected or selected ?
Guest (Expert) 01 February 2013
Such type of a case won't affect your posting in Government organisation.
Mahesh Kumar (Querist) 01 February 2013
Are you sure sir, this is a question of my entire life
Nadeem Qureshi (Expert) 02 February 2013
No need to worry mahesh,
I agree with expert too.

Mr. Mahesh,

Vaham ka koi ilaaj nahin hota.

If I say that your offence will affect your appointment in Government service, will then there be no a question of your entire life?

The instance is not a type of moral turpitude to affect your service. Just check with Government offices, whether the existing employees, who are challaned for such traffic related offences during Government service, are dismissed from service or they are allowed to continue with the service.

Sir,i have to fill the attestation form in which i have to tell :-

HAVE YOU FINED BY COURT OF LAW ?

I know, I was fined (Rs. 2300), But was it by court of law ?
Should I say yes or no, please tell me
ajay sethi (Expert) 02 February 2013
you paaid fine imposed by traffic police . you did not appear before any court .
Mahesh Kumar (Querist) 02 February 2013
Sorry Sir But the traffic fine also based on the law and rule of the motor vehicle act .
ajay sethi (Expert) 02 February 2013
disclose said fact that you had been imposed fine by traffic police .
Guest (Expert) 02 February 2013
Your query is irrelvant when you ask anyone of us "But was it by court of law?" The answer should be with you, who paid the fine, not someone else.

You know that you were fined (Rs. 2300), but, don't you know whether the fine was imposed and recovered by the traffic police or by the court of law and whether you appeared in any court or not?
Guest (Expert) 02 February 2013
Mr. Mahesh,

Your other post stating that "Sorry Sir But the traffic fine also based on the law and rule of the motor vehicle act," merely denotes that you disbelieve the experts who answered your queries and as if they have done nothing except to mislead you so far.

So, now for your mental satisfaction, better wait for the completion of police verification and the selection process by the department for which you have been selected.

Best of luck.
Mahesh Kumar (Querist) 02 February 2013
I just wanted to have a answer 'Yes' or 'No' I am just a simple graduate, I don't know anything about law and I completely believe you all .

Mr. Ajay Sethi said "you paaid fine imposed by traffic police . you did not appear before any court"

I did n't understand and I am still confused .

Should I write 'Yes' or 'No' ?

This is my last question, I will be very thankful to you .

And once again ! And it's not like that I did't believe you, I just wanted to talk with you experts, It makes me feel light .
Guest (Expert) 02 February 2013
Ask your "yes" or "no" related questions only when you happen to fill in the Attestation Form. Prior to that any of your query is quite premature and merely tending to waste time of the experts.
Mahesh Kumar (Querist) 02 February 2013
I totally understand and I am sorry for that , May I know please now -

Is it yes or no ?
V R SHROFF (Expert) 02 February 2013
Police verification is for criminal acts.
Minot traffic mistakes are ignored.

Police will take those facts recorded in their Police station.

So don't worry

Nothing to add more and do take the advice of the experts seriously.

Today I met a PASI (Police Asst. Sub-Inspector), He is a friend of my brother . He told me exactly -
" Bhai problem to hogi, but you don't worry, jab police verification aaye tab mujhe bata dena, main vahan ke PI (Inspector) se baat kar ke, kuch le de ke , tumhara kam karva dunga, par sab 2 no. me hoga"

He told me that traffic challan records are computerized and the same will be available in your local police station .

Can you please clarify this ??

If you are very much willing to pay bribe then you should not have come to this forum. We do not encourage or advise this.

There is mouthwatering in your friends brother. He has caused you worry and will share bribe extracted from you.

Also beware, if Police really has a positive record you criminal involvement of any one then no amount of bribe can make them to clear the candidate. They know where not to take bribe.

There is an English proverb like making mountain out of molehill but you can make mountain without mole hill

Govt will also conduct your medical examination. Please pray you are not caught as a psychiatric case.

In attestation form there is no column of traffic challan. Area Police station does not even know. Your query is irrelevant unless you have hidden some material facts.

When PASI is ready to help you in his own way, why did you feel the need to come to this site? It seems, either your query is fictitious and fabricated, or you are unable to understand what is what from the replies of the experts, or you are trying to make fun of the experts, who have tried to make you aware of the legal position about your query, as you are unnecessarily trying to stretch the thread too far without any valid reason.
Mahesh Kumar (Querist) 03 February 2013
Thanks a lot,

Yes, you are right,my friends say so that I can make mountain out of molehill . And I always say thanks to them for recognizing my capability, so thanks to you too .

And by th way there is no medical examination .
Mahesh Kumar (Querist) 03 February 2013
