Reconvey land

Konkan railway aquired land 30,000sqmtrs in 1991 and not being utilised till today and now national highway proposed 4lanes road on konkan aquired land admeasuring 2000 sqmtrs
We want to get back this prime land in Goa,what is law in Goa.

Actualy KRC proposed platform on this land and then shifted to Bird sanctuary Lake due to public agitation as World monuments exists nearby, thus it remain idle for 20yrs.
last 5 months NH-17 proposed 4/6 lanes and acquired admeasuring 2000sqmtrs from them touching existing NH road.

KRC not able to put any project on our land due to 3 reasons 1.Bird sanctuary notified and has no approach road to connect our land they have to fill lake 2.platform already contructed in bird sanctuary lake 3. public agitation due to exists of world monuments
