Misuse of signature

sir i msged you to ask you something, actually we some friends discussing on some topic and one question arise in mind regarding our sign. sir my question is , if anyone copy our sign and misuse it than how can we prove it in to the court? and sir fingerprint is required with sign on each and every stamp paper? i mean from minimum value of stamp paper to maximum value of stamp paper?

Sir, actually i gave my resume to one person. and i came to know that that person is not reliable in many area. basically i am student. i gave my resume attached with my mark sheet which is hand written with my signature.my signature is very easy to copy. and now that person has some personal issues with me. so i have doubt that he will copy my sign and may misuse it. is it possible? and if it happen than how can i prove it is misused signature?

As the presumed offence has not taken place as on day so nothing to worry. Even if such situation arises, the motive behind the offence shall be major thing to be reckoned. What loss can you suffer in case such person makes copy of your sing? This question can be got replied by you only.

Imaginations can go even beyond the visible sky. You should not presume anything in anticipation unless you have got any proof of misuse of your signatures.

If your signatures are so easy to be copied by anyone or everyone, better change your signatures. If you can't do that also, better use your full signature on every document so that if some one tries to copy that the difference of style can be identified easily.

if some one has forged your signature then you can prove that you have not signed the said document by taking opinion of handwriting expert .
