Sec 144

(Querist) 03 November 2012 This query is : Resolved
I obtained order u/s 144(2) addressed to Local PS to maintain peace in the vicinity of my house. But in spite of that and in presence of three officials on duty from the concerned PS, the local law violators hired and gathered 'unlawful association' and harboured attack on me and my wife. THIS HAPPENED ON 19/10/2012

I obtained additional orcer from court on the PS to take 'particular' activity and submit a report. THIS HAPPENED ON 20/10/2012.

BUT TILL DATE I AM UNDER THREAT, RISK AND UNREST DUE TO THE PREVAILING SITUATIONS. THE PS ALSO MADE AN FIR U/S 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 354, 506 & 379. But ignored to file u/s 153 for the OP called me as 'FOLLOWER OF MUSLIM FAITH' and turned the gathered mob to attack me, which is actually turning a social issue to a communal/religious issue. I mentioned the name of atleast 16 person involved in the attack. The gathered mob was in size of over 200 people.

I DID NOT GET ANY FURHTER COMMUNICAITON FROM THE PS FOR ANY DEVELOPMENT MADE OR NOT.

HOW CAN I NOW IF THE PS HAD ACTED ON MY COMPLAINT/FIR, OR THE COURT ORDER ? IF THEY STILL DONOT ACT AND DO THE PROPER AND TRUE INVESTIGATION AND ENSURE MY SAFETY WHAT ARE THE RECOURSE AVAILABELE TO ME.

SHOULD I REPORT SUCH INACTION BY PS TO THE COURT. IF I SHD ALWAYS GO TO THE COURT, WHY THERE IS A POLICE STATION AT ALL ?

The Police has already registered the case against the offender.
So have patience.
If you think that till this date no concrete action has been taken then highlight your plight including the subsequent attach on you to the Magistrate for issuance of fresh instruction or for calling status report from the PS.
If the culprits have taken bail, then subsequent is a ground for cancellation for bail.
