Wife refused to join infront of judge

As the divorce was filed by me and as i aspected she refused to join me in front of judge of district session court and made the allegation of dowry harrashment beating alongwith the maintanance application of sec 24 alongwith 26 of HMA 1955. she is pregnant for 6 months. i have so many proofs against each of her allegations but my MIL wants money and washing the brain of my wife. wife likes a boy, i have all the proofs in video and audio records and also in call detail of one year. my MIL is mastermind and FIL is cool.
judge said to join and to think of child but she strongly said that if join she will be killed. i dont know how. now they are preparing for 498a.
now what to do anyone please advice.

You didn't mention the ground you have taken for divorce ?

First mention the grounds you have taken in divorce. Whether her statement of refusal for joining the conjugal life comes in record or not. If they are preparing for 498a then file informatory petition in the court and if 498a is instituted then go for quashing on the ground of revenge of divorce petition and get AB as soon as possible. Initiate divorce speedily.

grounds of adultry, mental and physical cruelty. and i m a central govt employee, till date no 498a filed but her lawyer said us will file. she want as more money she can exact from me. she alleged badly us. even she spoiled so many relations also. judge said so many times to join but she didnot agree that.

if your wife refuses to stay with you she cant be forced to do so . dont bow down to pressure let ehr file 498 A case . you can apply for anticipatory bail and contest the case
once you refuse to be pressurised she will come to her senses as she is already 6 months pregnant . she cant remarry without obtaining divorce from you .
