Respected Sir, Thanks for your earlier reply, I got the court order and my work passport work is done. Sir, As have done Ph.D in Sociology, I am trying to find a job at abroad as I am still struggling to find one in India. But the query is about my name correction? Sir, Upto M.A. final year my name in certificates is ZIYA ATT TAMHID AHMED KHAN PATHAN, but in Ph.D notification and convocation it is mentioned as ZIA A PATHAN, I applied to Karnatak University dharwad for name change, but they said they do not have provision to change the name in Ph.D convocation. Sir, as you have already helped me in crucial time, I request you to guide me in this regard also, but I do not want to change my name from SSLC to M.A, because it again a long process. Kindly suggest, so that I do not forfeit my qualification of Ph.D while applying for a job. Regards Dr. Z. A. Pathan(7259393962)

You have to swear an affidavit before the First Class Magistrate and then make a Gazette notification. Get in touch with an advocate of your locality.
