i (bank)want to proceed against a sole proprietoship which has turned NPA. the mortgage deed however mentions the particulars of the property wrong numerically however when charge was created and registered all the originals and title searches mention the right number of the property . will proceeding under sarfaesi create any hinderances due to wrong property no. in mortgage indenture .how do i remedy the same.can i do it without involving the other party i.e unilaterally can the document be redctified..????
