my friend's wife has lodged a frivolous complaint in concerned women police station regarding the demand of dowry by her husband though she left her home and were residing with her parents for 2 months . the friend of mine doesn't want to continue the relations with her wife , but she tactfully managed to Lodge an FIR in the women police station that she has been harassed for the same . which is not fact the fact is that she was having the shop at somewhere prior to his marriage , she entered in the marital relationship with the accused some one year back .the women (herein called complainant) and my friend were tied in marital relationship as husband and wife , the marriage were solemnized as pert Shariyat law . both the couple were residing for period of one year but after couple of months after marriage her husband came to know that she had liquidated his accessories without consent of her husband which was given to her by husband as dower , moreover the shop has also been vended by herself without consultation of her husband , this clearly shows her monopoly and quantum of breach of trust as she had concealed the facts before her life partner . her husband has plea that she can deceive him at any stage of life . accordingly her parents were called for the same but they took side of their daughter and take her in their unlawful custody without the consent of her husband . now after a gap of 2 months suddenly came with a statement that she is being tortured for dower which is not fact . the fact is whether she can liquidate her accessories of gold given by her husband without taking any consent from him.the accused were recently;y summoned for cognizable of fence of demanding dowry and when he tried to lodge cross FIR against the Station House Officer concerned regarding harassment by lady police officer the same was not admitted and entered by them . kindly communicate as to what sort of law remedy is there so that his FIR may also be recorded and where to File complaint against the Lady Police officer being biased

give an application to the commissioner of police/ SS.P/ SP of the area for re investigation from a Senior Officer.
make use of the Muslim Laws to end the marital relationship.
