Civil documents in criminal cases

sir i have the following two doubts please enlight me sir.

a. sir xerox true copies obtained under right to information act is admissble in evidence in family cases.?

b. sir civil case documents are admissible in criminal cases.?

Refer chapter V of Evidence Act.
