Treachery to father by his son and daughter in law

In a family, a flat is purchased by the son and also owned by his name. The father of the son helps by contributing a good amount but now the father is being thrown out of the house by his son and daughter in law and now the father is old and cant afford to live by his own as he doesnt have any source of income so is there any provisions in the law where the father can get to stay in the house or any other alternative option left as he is too old..he is really in need of help but as we know the main problem is that the flat is owned by his son's name so he cant sue him but there may be any other alternative left for him ..please suggest as soon as possible

you can continue seeking relief under MAWOPASC ACT 2007 but do not refrain from filing complaint to the area magistrate as stated above for the misdeeds your son is doing to you when you have invested the money for buying the flat .
