Can contempt petition be filed before another court in whose jurisdiction the petitoner resides.

Dear Sir(s)
I filed OA No. 442/2009 before the Hon'ble CAT, Ahmedabad Bench and the judgment was in my favour but before the same could be implemented I got transferred to New Delhi.Now the respondents have not implemented the said judgment within the time limit fixed for its implementation. Can I initiate Contempt Proceedings in the Hon'ble CAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi for implementation of order passed by the Hon'ble CAT, Ahmedabad Bench since I am now posted and residing in New Delhi.Please advise.
