What is the status of these persons regarding house

my father and my elder brother purchased a house in which we are living.who is owner of this house.both have lent their moneies to purchase it.

sir my doubt is are they both owners.can one sell without the consent of other.are they co owner or co shareres.co shareres can be co owners but not vice versa.what will be my share if it is sold one day.both have lent the money so its not a kind of ancestoral property.
