Notarized relinquishment deed

(Querist) 28 September 2012 This query is : Resolved 
A relinquishment deed on Rs. 100 stamp paper duly notarized in 1997.relinquishment of rights in immovable property in consideration of partition and mutual love and affection . can this Rdeed be revoked now after 15 years of its execution ? Is there any time limitation for revoking or challenging such relinquishment deeds?

First of all this deed is not at all valid, because it is unregd.,

relinquishment of rights in immovable property can not LEGALLY be done by any NOTARIZED DEED and only registered deed is required therefor.
Hence deed you mention is nonest in law.
