Corruption in district courts-for settlemnt of 498-a/406 cases

(Querist) 21 September 2012 This query is : Resolved
Its very much surprising to state that lawyers who play a vital role in administration and dispensing of justice are engaged in cheap tactics for settlement of 498-A/406 cases out side the court premises and thus spoiling the image of bar who is known for integrity, professional ethics etc

They so called professionals only believe in settlement of cases and lined up with the administration and thus keep the litigants in dark and play double standard policies with their clients..Such kind of practice can easily be sen in remote District Courts

There was also an example in which Judicial magistrate issue non bailable warrants against Hon'ble president of India and Honb'le Chief Justice of India for meagre amount of money.Time has come to unveiled such malpractices and made guidelines for the cases under 498-A/406 and made them bailable

Rotten parts of society are not an exception. Of course, some people prefer to to adopt easy route of exit than to bear with rigours of making struggle with their sincere efforts to cause justice to the members of society.
