Stauts of major repairs after winning eviction suit

my sincere thanx for the all the members of the lci, who helped me time to time

i won my sec 21 (benefide requirement), up rent control act, eviction case against my tenant (from civil judge -sr.div.)

i m confuse of the status of pending case (sec. 28 - major repairs) which tenant filed against me

my question is what will be the status of pending case (major repairs) after winning eviction case in lower court ...... can't find any judgement/rulling online....... as he get 30 days for the appeal.

guide me plz

those are separate proceedings, if he vacates the premises in execution of the lower court orders then the suit will become infructuous.

but if the tenant prefers an appeal then certainly the suit will continue, you keep on contesting it on merits.
