Advice on ownership flat developed on cnt area in jharkhand

Sir,
I have purchased a FLAT in a housing society situated in JAMSHEDPUR(JHARKHAND STATE).My flat is already Registered in my Name in Jamshedpur Court in the Month of April'2011.It is Partly(85%) Bank financed.

The Area Where the Housing Society is constructed Falls Under CNT(chotanagpur tenancy ACT).

Now my worry is Can the ORIGINAL LANDLORD make Legal Claim or create any DISPUTE ?

I want to know what will be the EXTREAM case if any dispute arise ? Should I SELL the FLAT ?

For your information Original Landlord also
has Flat in the above-said Complex

I need your valuable ADVICE.
