False promise of marriage

Sir,
I want to know whether a man can file a complaint against a women if she had physical relation with him many times on a promise to marry him and then denying for marriage under the pressure of parents. please reply me.

She did not marry you and agreement in restrain of marriage is void evne if you have got the same reduced in writing.

She is under full liberty to be under anyone's pressure for marraige with anyone.

She alone can be the complainant of pressure and not a man on the street.

yes sir i have her messages on my cell phone. actually she also wants to marry me but her family is against our marriage due to caste issue. she is emotionally blackmailed that they will commit suicide if we run away. And i am sure she will not lodge complaint against her parents but will sacrifice her life. I want to file a suit so that her parents should not have choice except me. please guide me am i right? i doubt. But we really love each other and cant live apart. Please tell me if any other way out of this situation. please

Marriage is not a one-sided game. So, unless she makes a confession before a magistrate, your case against her parents will be quite weak.
