Respected experts can u suggest me how can i clear my land from muncipal allegation wich is totally false.we are in position in trhis land from last 28years in 1995 we submit the application to consruct the building at that site and we get the permission from muncipal.at tahat time we proov the all documents to the muncipal wich is required to construct the building after taken permission we dont have enoughf financial status to construct the same.after this when we are again applyd in 1999 to muncipal for same thing area mc inspector survey the land and put the allegation it is not an individual land it is n muncipal land.and next we approch with the court and taken decree on this same land for only 25sq yards so any provision is there for take hole land from govt.like G.O. or after pay of market value as per govt rate please any possiblity is there kindly reply.

If you have got decree of court about your title then the same has become perfected, Now if the Municipality does not cooperate with you then file Writ of Mandamus in the High court.
