Respected sir,

An accused committed offences under sec. 192, 197, 199 & 200 IPC, which are punishable under section 193 of IPC. Would severe punishment be awarded in case the above offences proved in the Hon'ble court.
Kiran Kumar (Expert) 07 August 2009
well Mr. Rishi,

in the kind of offences the courts have gone very strict these days.

dont expect any linient view from the court in such a matter but as far as the quantum of sentence is concerned it ll depend upon the facts and circumstances of the case.

Mr. Rishi Ahuja,
if court find that any offence has been commeted then court can notice the accused u/s-340 cr.p.c.
after then if court satisfy then court will file the case against the accu. u/s-193.
V.V.RAMDAS (Expert) 09 August 2009
Dear rishi,
193 IPC is punishment for false evidence- In this it is clearly mentioned that xxxxx"shall be punished with imrprisonment of either description (either simple or rigorios imprisonment) for a term which may etend to 7 years, and shall aso be liable to fine XXXXX"
So in view it is a serious offence and definitely the court will take serious view and award sevior puninshemt to the accused but it depends upon the gravity and circumstances of the case.
