Clarification for redressal of grievance

I am an employee of Central Govt. undertaking Corporation. I am aggrieved by the major penalty order of the management against me. I wish to know whether I can approach the Labour Commission or directly High Court or Central Govt. Industrial Tribunal cum Labour Court to get my issue resolved. Please clarify.

Have you already submitted appeal to the appellate authority against the penalty orders and received his decision, as prescribed in the CDA Rules for employees of your undertaking?

You shall have to first complete the process of disciplinary proceedings as mentioned in your CDA Rules.
