''In the meanwhile, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties
shall file their written submissions along with the case law relied upon''.

so, can you please suggest me, what does it mean and what will happen after that???

There is no ambiguity in the order. Do what you are directed after which the court would pass the order.
DR.VEDULA GOPINATH (Expert) 12 August 2012
The Hon. court directed the advocates to submit written arguments (affidavits).

The Hon. Judge heard the matter and before giving the orders desired the parties to give written arguments including case laws quoted by them during arguments.

RAJU O.F., (Expert) 12 August 2012
Hon'ble Court directed advocates on both sides to file their written arguments together with the copies of judgments which they rely upon to support their arguments. After that the Court will go through such written submissions and pass final order/judgment.
