Ld Counsels,
Husband filed counter statement in the divorce petition filed by wife stating that he was threatened by wife's family members demanding huge money. during the pendency of the proceeding husband came to know that wife's cousin brother had criminal backgrounds and involved in economic offenses further defaulted in loans obtained from financial institutions due to which he got involved in the marriage dispute to cash in on it.
Even though there is a general allegation against the family members of wife will that be sufficient to lead criminal records of cousin brother as additional documentary evidence in the divorce proceedings that came to light after the pleadings were over.
wife also filed documents that were obtained in the name her cousin brother.
thanks in advance.

The criminal antecedents of the cousin has nothing to do with the merit of your case.'You better concentrate on your case.
