Restoration of divorce petition - procedure.

Resp. Sir/Madam, For restoration of divorce petition, is it necessary to produce certified copy of the original petition dismissed for default. Can it be produced afterwards. Kindly advise.

i dont think the original certified copy is necessary.

u can do it with true copy as well.

Respected Mr. Kiran Kumar, Sir, can I make an affidavit stating that I have applied for certified true copy and will produce it as soon as I get. In that case, will my application be admitted.

You can state the above fact in the affidavit which you file along with restoration application

You have to write facts the content of the earlier petition and state what is cause of dismissing the petition then you can proceed with the case by filling a fresh divorce suit
