Regarding minor two wheeler accident

one month back i was riding bike suddenly one old man came on my way and i hit him,he caused normal fracture in his right leg and later he lodged complain on me as FIR,and now i am waiting for the court summon but i don't know what to do,what judge will do with me as i m a student. plz help me out from this and give me some useful information regarding this so that i can implement in my matter.......

after receipt of summons, you will have to apply for the bail by providing surety. You will get the bail.

The station house officer will arrest you and present before the appropriate court.You can ask the officer to grant you station bail.The police officer may release you on bail on furnishing sufficient sureties.

i m already in bail but what i m asking is, finally what judge will do wit me if i accept my mistake that by mistake that accident occurred and now i m a student
