Regarding approvals and permission for nursery school

Can you please let me know what are the approvals required to run the same.

Whether the school can be built in double crop agricultural land with out conversion.

Whether the school can be built near the banks of the river where there is anytime flood expected in the monsoon season

Whether the school can take EB from some neary premises

Whether they can run with prior approval or approval is pending.
