eviction ordes made ag.me for non payment of rent and subletting.sub tenants have left after handing over possession to landlord. iam unable to pay rent arrears can i continue and retain possession of portion with me

you are not in position to pay rent arrears . so court wont addmit your appeal unless arrears are paid

You have weak in appeal. however u can file appeal to prolong the delivery of vacant possession to ur landlord.

Both the ground default in making payments of rent and subletting has been decided against you also you don't want to pay arrears of rent so it will be better for you to handover the vacant possession of premises to lanlord.
