Dv case and compensation

Respected all experts,

DV case matter
we have considered that wife is non earner presently as she never resided with husband and husband is not intrested in making any query regarding her.

husband has submitted documents for falsity of the case with ample of avidences.

1- can husband can claim for compensation of economic loses due to litigation? when we considered that wife is unemployed ?

2- her parents are the witness of the filed complaint ?

3-wife brother had stabbed on husband testical which has turned a swollen mass now. can he claim for medication in the same case which completely paid by her brother ?

4- if husband tries to convince to Resp. Magistrate that case filed by instigating his wife by her other family members then can Resp. magistrate can pass compensation order in favor of husband?

5- all this is due to husband underwent into huge loans due to this litigation, and acquired number of desease testicular pains, chest pain, rheumatic fever and a severe problem have arisen of halucination due to loss of sleep.

psychatric treatment begins and he is going for job equally as he is the only earner in our family.

whatever practical way possible for getting compensation?
when husband faces litigation without any cause or reason, what is the remedy for such husband ?
