Issuance of noc

I was pursuing M.Tech course sponsored by my Employer. But due to some reason I dropped the course midway and resigned from my previous company. I settled all the service Bond amount (as agreed upon for pursuing M.Tech ) immediately.

You should not have expected dual advantage from your employer. Your course was sponsored by the employer with expection to serve him in better way with your improved talent after acquiring better qualification, which you left uncompleted at your own discretion without taking permission from your employer. So, on what ground you desire your employer to give NOC to your personal advantage of getting you a diploma when your qualification will not be of any use to him having resigned from his service? Needless to emphasize, your employer sponsored you for your career development purposes in mutual interest of yours as well as the company, but you preferred not to care for the interest of the employer in serving him after you were sponsored for higher educational qualification.

About your experience certificate, when you did not serve any more on joining the college, why and for which type of your service you should seek experience certificate after the date of joining the classes for M.Tech?

Rather, you should be thankful to him having not claimed any damages from you when you have tried to make misuse of his sponsorship.
