sir plot purchased by my father in 1986 in ghaziabad but registered in name of my brother and in 2003 by mutual understanding we divided house portion on the plot in district court we have decree of this but not proceed to add name in gda., In last year my brother no more , please advice me 1 how i can add my name in gda record 2 what is my position on earlier court order of house division 3 if heir not agree division of house can still my claim in my portion as earlier agreement in court 4 is registry is required then how registry will be done as brother is no more

In my opinion you and heirs of your brother should move joint application of mutation in accordance with the decree passed by court.

File an application before the concerned authority along with certified copy of the decree to enter your names to the property.
Your brother is no more, your brothers legal heirs i.e., widow, sons and daughters will have to take the survivors certificate then they can also get enter their names to the the share of the deceased.
