my friend is medical officer , his junior pharmasist make absen atleast twice in a week , and then after coming he got his signature. my friends senior is favouring that pharmasist, wat my friend sud do

if junior pharmist is deliberatley remaining absent on duty twice a week he hsould be marked absent . the medical officer should do surprise checks to see whrther present or basent on dty . take action aginst junior phramasist

Attendance register should be strictly under the possession of your friend and he should mark question mark in red ink on the same day of absence of that fellow and without wait, your friend should issue a show cause notice and should not permit him to mark hi presence without replying to the notice and same process should be adopted as many times, as that fellow repeats and then provide him charge-sheet by suspending him as per relevant rules.
