Obtaining share certificate and membership in redeveloped housing society

Sir,
Would like to know the process of obtaining share certificate and becoming member in a redeveloped housing society where the developer is not corp orating since last 5 years of giving possession without OC

is the construction completed? if buidling construction has not been completed you wont get Oc . without Oc you cnnaot be placed in posession of premises .

are you one of the orginal members of society?or you have purchased flat from developer ?

Sir,
Yes the construction is completed 6 years ago and i am in possession since then but without OC. i have purchased the flat in the redeveloped building, i am not the original member in the society.

in that case society will issue you share certicate . make an application to secretary of the society .

if no OC is issued complaint to consumer forum for deficency in service and compensation . contact a local lawyer

writwe a simple letter mentioning 1) that you puchased flat on ______as per agreement .

till date you have not received share certificate .

request the secretary to kindly allot share certifcate .

(i presume you have been admitted as member by the society )
