Backward class certificate of pb govt.

sir, can a patwari of area report the income of a backward class candidate including income from salary + income from agriculture land. because in considering creamy layer center govt clear instructed that income from salary and agril land not to be clubbed.
there is limit of 4.5 lac income for backward class certificate.

Yes, you can point out to the competent authority about wrong declaration made by the candidate to obtain OBC certificate.

where does it say Agriculture income is not included.

The land-holding is one of the parameters for defining creamy layer.
