How can i change my date of birth in school certificates?

Hello,
I have wrong date of birth in school certificates as 15 March 1987 insteadof 19 Aug 1988.Infact this date of birth belongs to my elder brother.The birth date is had given by mother during my joining of school.My birth was registred through a private hospital where i born.I have my original date of birth certificate as 19th Aug 1988 took from Municipality.How can i change my date of birth legally?Tell me the procedure.

You shall have to issue a legal notice to the education board and then shall have to file a civil suit and shall have to prove your DOB. The decree of the court shall be used for all purposes including change in your educational certificates.
