I filed an RTI with state bank of India But have not received any reply so far. what should i do regarding the matter

File first appeal.

However, if the RTI pretains to thrid party information like account detail and all, it would fail.

when did you filed the rti application? if already 35 days over,then file first appeal.

if no reply is received within 35 days, it amounts to deemed refusal of request on the part of PIO. you need to approach the First Appellate Authority u/s 19(1) of RTI Act-2005.

file first appeal after 30 days from the date deposit of rti application personally and if you have sent rti application through other mode i.e. Speed post etc then file first appeal after 35 days.

Moreover, you can't get third party information without consent of that party.
