SIRS,
REGARDING MY POST ON THE ABOVE-MENTIONED SUBJECT, I WOULD ASK YOUR HELP HOW TO WRITE THE CONSUMER FORUM AND WHOM TO ADDRESS (CONSUMER FORUM)?

What is your real problem? was that a credit card or debit card transaction? How the SBI could debit your account twice?
Shailesh Kr. Shah (Expert) 23 March 2012
Contact bank first, to correct statement. if bank is not responding then go to Bank ombudsman for remedy.

In my personal matter, I wrote a letter to SBI , and later sent copy by Internet E mail,
My a/c was credited after abt a month.
So do that, write with full details to SBI, follow up c E mail

Oh I recall. YOu had written to bank and ombudsman.

You have to approach the local consumer court for damages of loss caused due to the product i.e. ATM Card.

Dear Friend,
I would suggest first to make a complaint to the Home Branch where your account is maintained by giving the details of the transactions. the branch has to re credit the amount within 7 days failing which you are entitled to compensation of rs. 100 per day for delay beyond seven every.quote the RBI Circular number attached herewith. if not received as above, kindly approach the RBI banking ombudsman for relief.

regards.
