my father brought our house from my grandmother without giving share to his sister. it was the property of my grandfather. on death of my grandfather it came into hands of my grandmother who took an loan for the property . The property was auctioned for RS 100 .A person brought and gave it back to my grandmother . Now do I have a share right on the property

you dont have any share in property . from what you have stated that your father bought property from your grandmother . it is his self acquired property .

your father can bequeath it to any one he deems fit .
