Rasheedkhan (Querist) 14 March 2012
Dear Mr. Deepak Nair,

DEFENSE ADVOCATE.-firmaction@g (Expert) 14 March 2012
You have a valid question only thing your documents are not all in english.

Such type of queries in courts are raised by very select few.

If the document is in a court case call the notary as a witness and confront him will the difference in dates.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 14 March 2012
Generally notaries do such mistakes in practical life. The dates of swearing and attestation are not carefully taken into consideration.

These both dates should be one and same.

Dear Mr. JSDN,

My question is Document date and Notarized date? notary sworn affidavit is invalid or valid?
Rasheedkhan (Querist) 14 March 2012
Mr. Raj Kumar Makkad,

I want to know the Sworn Affidavit is valid or?
Deepak Nair (Expert) 14 March 2012
Generally, the date recorded by the Notary by his hand is regarded as the date of the document. The other dates are ineffective once a different date is inserted/recorded by the notary.
Kirti Kar Tripathi (Expert) 14 March 2012
Confirm from the notary, in case, the details of person sworn affidavit and his signatures of affidavit are entered in the notarial register, it is valid. Other wise not.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 15 March 2012
The date of notarization is legal and all other dates are illegal so judge the affidavit accordingly.
Deepak Nair (Expert) 30 March 2012
Hope the querist is satisfied.

Well!
A notarized document is legally presumed to be correct unless proved to be incorrect by the party assailing it.

The doubts castes around are good points accordingly witnesses may be cross examined and notary may be summoned for cross examination with his register to rebut the legal presumption and disprove it's correctness.
