Third apply for mining lease under up mining and geology department

Hi All,

I belong to Uttar Pradesh and having a mining lease for last 10 years (5+5 yrs). Tenure of allocation of this lease is going to complete in next 1 months. This is our second back to back lease allocation by UP govt.

Now, As per govt rule a new fresh tender will be published to allocate this lease.

Can we file a case in high court against the govt allocation decision for third allocation. Since earlier, some allocation were done by the govt office third time.

Please provide your valuable suggestion on this.
