1. Under which authority the mariners on the Italian Ship Enrica Lexie Napoli(in the news for killing of two Indian fishermen at 14 nauts from the base line of Kerala port) are being prosecuted ? Section 3 or 4 of IPC does'nt seem to cover the act of killing by a foreigner at 14 nauts which is beyond territorial waters (12 nauts) of India?

2. Under which authority have we arrested and are prosecuting the 120+ Somalian pirates kept in custody at Taloja ,Mumbai,India?

Are you pleading for Italian murderers and Somalian dacoits?

Who ever has killed Indian citizen and has been caught red handed shall have to face Indian law and your clients dacoits shall also have to face the wrath of India Criminal law for making dacoity on various vessels.

My respected sirs,
Sorry if a have posted any improper query. I am not an advocate. The date on which i posted the query,I was only pursuing my LL.B. degree course, somehow managing with my job as an Inspector of Customs and Central Excise.

If I have to learn something more than the text books, whom I would be looking at? Obviously, at the generous legal luminaries like you sirs.

The query was out of the mind of one mediocre student, so may please be taken suitably.
