Plot allotted in society

Hello to all experts
'A' has purchased two plots in a co-op. housing Society vide allotment and share certificate in the year 1999 in Gujarat. Now 'A' wants to construct residential building on both the plots after obtaining necessary Plan permission from concerned authority for construction.'A' entered in to development agreement for construction with 'B' the developer. Now my query is :
1) Name of Society is recorded in village form no. 7/12 as owner of the whole land. Can name of "A" be recorded in 7/12 as owner of two plots as A purchased plots from society. If yes how.
2)Whether any permission is required to be obtained by "A" from society before commencing any construction of building
3)Whther the purchaser of units in building constructed on plots of Society will be entered as members of society.
4) Who will execute the sale deed as development agreement has also been executed between "A"and "B" the developer.
5)Whether society is required to joined in the sale deed of individual units as coforming party.
6) What legal documents are required to be executed to make the purchaser legal owner of the units constucted on plots owned by A in a cooperative Housing Society.
