Statement of witnesses related

The association has won the consumer dispute against builder in the state commission. Against the orders, the builder has filed an appeal before the national commission. The decree holders too filed execution application before the state commission.

Against the above in a private criminal complaint, as statement of witness recorded by the local police the present president and secretary of the association states that, as the case details has not been handed over to the association, association is no way concerned with the cases pending and it is a case individuals.

Is this statement a valid one and will it stand when the criminal case posted for hearing?
